NautiNote Return & Refund Policy

At NautiNote, we take pride in creating durable, exam-focused flashcards designed to help marine engineers succeed. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns if:

Your item arrived damaged or defective

You received the wrong product

You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue (if applicable).
To initiate a return, email us at admin@nautinote.co.nz with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Digital or downloadable products (if applicable)

Items not in original condition or returned after 7 days
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
